#ManlyMotivation - Meet George Chadwick

This week's #ManlyMotivation shoutout goes out to THE DUDE by the name of George Chadwick.

These Manly Motivational stories, are weekly series of short stories where we promote someone who we think embodies an exceptional gentleman. We tell their story in hopes that this can motivate men towards a healthier lifestyle, to push past the easy route and ultimately be better men.

In these shoutouts, we ask three simple tasks:

  1. Provide us with a short testimony of your story, focusing on what you do, how you got there and what drives you to keep pushing to be exceptional everyday.
  2. Tell us about any goals or aspirations you may still have and hope to achieve sometime in the future.
  3. Provide us with a photo of you, that represents you as a man. It doesn't matter what it is, and doesn't even have to be just about you (we received family photos as well). Because this is what YOU want to show the world. What matters to you, send us that.

So let's hear it! George Chadwick everyone:

    1. Short Testimony - George currently works as a designer at, well a tiny little company you may of heard of....Apple? Ohh APPLE! Ya, he's a boss! If you've ever met the guy, he's happy and upbeat, with a humbled attitude towards life. One of those guys you can genuinely feel their authenticity. He keeps his life's motto simple: "I love to make awesome things and work with cool people."
He's a family man down to the core, that claims "I would not be who I am, or where I am without my family and community - they push me to be my best self." He's married to an amazing woman, has two incredible little girls, and is "fortunate to live in one of the most beautiful places in the world." I mean, California IS the most beautiful place on earth...Just saying.

      2. Goals and Aspirations - With a family of four and a full-time job, it's easy to get overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle. But George has a simple solution for that too, "I have a goal to practice mindfulness everyday for at least 10min, and am already seeing positive change at home and at work."
Sometimes keeping things simple, changing and tweaking our current situations just a little can result in HUGE benefits.
